Since 2014, the World Internet Conference in Wuzhen has been held successfully for ten consecutive years, becoming a premier global platform for internet governance and digital economy cooperation. The conference has made significant contributions to promoting industry development, technological innovation, and global consensus through various activities like forums, the World Leading Internet Scientific and Technological Achievement Award, and the "Straight to Wuzhen" Global Internet Competition.
The "Straight to Wuzhen" competition, a key event of the conference, has become a prominent platform for exploring new internet technologies and fostering global cooperation in innovation. Since its inclusion in 2019, the competition has grown in influence, attracting 4,455 projects from 35 countries, with many finalists securing significant post-competition funding.
The competition has also brought together leading experts and investors worldwide, enhancing its role in identifying and nurturing high-potential projects. Over the past five years, the event has evolved, reflecting the dynamic nature of global internet innovation, and continues to support the growth of the digital economy by fostering new trends and opportunities in various fields, including AI applications, smart manufacturing, and intelligent healthcare.
What we do
China Demo Day is a 6 - 12 months project for helping European tech Startup to enter Chinese market. Our project offers EU startup opportunities to find and meet the Chinese partners in the shortest period via Online / Offline roadshow, build strong networks and trust between the ecosystems stakeholders, as well as to scale European startups by providing Soft-landing support in target Chinese destinations.
